Todays Menu

In cooking, some days you have the feel and some days ....well. But to day I am feeling it. Made a beautiful shrimp chowder for lunch along with a three bean and ham soup. The casserole today is a "Cordon Bleu" which is a glorified macaroni and cheese with ham and the cheesiest cream sauce ever. I hope that you can come by and enjoy some of this loveliness.
